Terms & Conditions w1nwin — Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

To register and use w1nwin's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception. w1nwin reserves the right to reject or cancel the registration of any individual who does not meet these criteria at any time.

• Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms. w1nwin reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• Individual persons: You must register as an individual — not under the name of a company, organisation, or any other business entity for the purpose of a player account.
• One account only: Each individual is permitted only one active account on w1nwin. Holding more than one account — whether using the same or different names, phone numbers, email addresses or payment methods — is prohibited and will result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration — including your full name, Malaysian phone number, date of birth, and payment details — must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information is a violation that may result in immediate account closure.
• Not on the exclusion list: You may not register if you have previously self-excluded from this platform or any other online gambling platform that has an exclusion list-sharing agreement with w1nwin.

You are solely responsible for the security of your w1nwin account login credentials. This includes your password, personal identification number (PIN), and any two-factor authentication information associated with your account.

• Credential confidentiality: Never share your password or login details with anyone — including family members, friends or anyone claiming to be w1nwin staff. w1nwin staff will never ask for your password.
• Personal use: Your w1nwin account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to use, access, or operate your account — even with your permission. All activity carried out within your account is deemed to be your own.
• Reporting unauthorised access: If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the w1nwin support team via live chat immediately. w1nwin will take appropriate protective action as soon as the incident is reported.
• Strong password: We recommend using a strong, unique password for your w1nwin account — a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols, at least 8 characters long. Change your password regularly as a best security practice.
• Secure device: Always log out of your w1nwin account after each session, especially when using a shared device. w1nwin is not responsible for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

W1nwin supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited for players in Malaysia. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment channels.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions at w1nwin:

• Matching name: The payment method you use for deposits and withdrawals must be registered under the same name as your w1nwin account. w1nwin reserves the right to decline withdrawals to payment methods held under a different name.
• No transaction fees: w1nwin does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply charges in accordance with their own service terms.
• Daily withdrawal limit: The standard daily withdrawal limit is RM30,000. Platinum and Diamond tier members enjoy higher limits. Contact your VIP account manager for more details.
• Bonus terms review: Before a withdrawal is processed, the system will check whether any outstanding bonus rollover requirements remain. Withdrawals will not be processed if active rollover conditions have not yet been met.
• Identity verification: For first-time withdrawals exceeding RM10,000, w1nwin reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC), including a copy of a valid Malaysian identity card. This is standard procedure to comply with financial best practices.

W1nwin offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. Accepting any bonus or promotion means you agree to the specific terms attached to it. The terms stated on individual promotion pages are supplementary to these general terms and shall prevail in the event of any conflict.

• Rollover requirements: All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements before any withdrawal can be made. The rollover requirement for each promotion is clearly stated in the relevant promotional terms. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 20x rollover means you must wager RM2,000 (RM100 × 20) before a withdrawal is permitted.
• One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus is permitted at a time. You may not stack two bonuses simultaneously unless expressly stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward bonus rollover requirements. As a general guide: slots = 100%, Live Casino = 10%–20%, Sports Betting = 50%–100%. The exact contribution rate for each category is stated in the relevant promotion terms.

• VIP Rewards Program: VIP points are accumulated at a rate of 1 point for every RM10 wagered across all games. VIP cashback is credited automatically every Monday based on your VIP tier. VIP points hold no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

All games offered on w1nwin comply with the rules and standards set by their respective game providers. Game-specific rules are available within the game interface itself before you start playing.

• RNG and fairness: All slots and table games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent international regulatory bodies. Every spin or card hand is fully independent and random, unaffected by any previous or subsequent outcome.
• Technical disruptions: If a technical disruption occurs during gameplay that prevents a match or spin from being completed, w1nwin will attempt to restore the original state based on server records. If restoration is not possible, the relevant bets will be refunded to the player's account.
• Betting limits: Each game has a set minimum and maximum bet limit displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary according to a member's VIP tier.
• Final results: All game results recorded by the w1nwin server are final and override any display shown on the player's screen in the event of discrepancies caused by internet connectivity or device issues.
• Prohibition on third-party software: The use of bots, automated software, artificial intelligence systems, or any third-party tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

• Bet opening and closing: w1nwin reserves the right to close, suspend or void any betting market at any time, for reasons including changes in match conditions, receipt of significant information, or to protect market integrity.
• Official results: All sports betting outcomes are determined based on official results announced by the relevant sporting governing body — for example, the BWF for badminton, FA Malaysia for the domestic football league, or the official organiser of the e-sports tournament. Results announced by unofficial sources are not accepted.
• Postponed or cancelled matches: If a match is postponed and not resumed within 24 hours of the original scheduled time, all related bets will be voided and funds returned to the member's account. Matches resumed within 24 hours will be settled based on the final result.
• Player/participant withdrawal: For badminton and individual sports betting: if a participant withdraws before the match begins, the bet is voided and the stake refunded. If the withdrawal occurs after the match has started (retired mid-match), the result is determined based on the participant who continues, unless otherwise stated in the market terms.
• Live betting (in-play): Odds for live betting are updated in real time and reflect current match conditions. Bets accepted and confirmed by the system at the displayed odds are valid even if the odds change afterwards. In cases where odds were accepted due to a significant technical error, w1nwin reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Sports betting limits: The maximum limit per betting slip varies by match type, market and member VIP tier. Bets that exceed the limit will be automatically rejected by the system.

• Deposit limit: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits within their account settings. These limits take effect immediately, and any request to increase a limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period. Requests to lower a limit take effect immediately.
• Loss limit: Members can set a maximum net loss limit for a daily, weekly or monthly period. Once the limit is reached, the system will block any further betting activity until the limit period resets.
• Playing time limit: Members may set a daily session time limit. The system will notify members when the limit is approaching and will automatically end the session once the limit is reached.
• Temporary self-exclusion: Members may self-exclude from the platform for a minimum period of 30 days. During the exclusion period, the account will be suspended and no promotions will be sent. Requests to end the exclusion early will require an additional cooling-off period.
• Permanent self-exclusion: Members may opt for a permanent self-exclusion, which cannot be reversed. This is a final decision and w1nwin will ensure the account is permanently closed. Any remaining balance will be returned following a review.
• Platform liability: The w1nwin support team is trained to identify signs of problem gambling. If we detect concerning patterns of play, we reserve the right to reach out to the member to offer assistance or apply additional controls.

W1nwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member account without prior notice where reasonable grounds exist to do so. This action is taken to protect the integrity of the platform and the interests of all other members.

• Terms violation: Any breach of these terms and conditions may result in account suspension or closure, depending on the severity of the violation.
• Duplicate accounts: If more than one account is detected under the same individual, all related accounts will be closed immediately and all balances and bonus winnings will be forfeited.
• Fraud or illegal activity: Any attempt at fraud, money laundering, use of stolen credit cards or e-wallets, or any other illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be closed immediately.
• False information: Providing false information during registration or identity verification is a serious violation that will result in account closure.
• Appeals process: If you believe your account has been suspended or closed unfairly, you may submit a written appeal to the w1nwin support team via email at support@w1nwin.click within 30 days of the date the action was taken.

The w1nwin platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service, there are certain limitations to our liability that you should be aware of.

• Service disruption: w1nwin does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, errors or delays at all times. Technical disruptions arising from factors beyond our control — including internet infrastructure issues, natural disasters or third-party provider outages — do not render w1nwin liable for any resulting losses.
• Game results: w1nwin is not liable for any winnings or losses incurred by members in games conducted fairly and in accordance with the stated terms. Gambling carries financial risk and members bet entirely at their own discretion.
• Third-party content: The w1nwin platform contains games and content from third-party providers. w1nwin is not responsible for any errors, faults, or issues found within games supplied by those providers.
• Compensation limit: Should w1nwin be found liable for any losses by a court of competent jurisdiction, w1nwin's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

W1nwin reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. This is a living document that reflects the platform's requirements, relevant regulatory changes, and improvements made to protect the interests of all parties.

• Amendment notice: For material and significant amendments, w1nwin will notify members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. For minor clarificatory amendments, changes may take effect immediately upon updating the date on this document.
• Continued use as acceptance: Continued use of the w1nwin platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
• Governing law: These terms and conditions are interpreted and governed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which w1nwin operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation between the parties will be referred to binding arbitration.
• Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
